Speeling Mistakes in father's name

My name is 'Umer Mukhtar' and Father name is 'Mukhtar Ahmad'.But on my all Educational documents,Father name spells as 'Mukhatar Ahmad'.But on Passport it spells correct as orignal.what to do?
