It seems you have a good chance based on the last 4 or 5 draws where cutoffs (in no order) were 434,431,423,415. Lowest it has gone is 415 so I think your situation is not bad. If it is possible to increase your scores by improving on IELTS, you should do it. IF that is your situation. Because if you are FSW outland, then with no Master's you can score a maximum of 441 provided that you are under 30.

Ensure you job bank registration is active. Also, Have all documents to upload for CIC ready with you

I've made a job bank account.. but I am getting emails for "complete your job seeker profile?? What does it means ? Is it complete or it needs to be updated for my file to be in pool???

Case #1:- When you say that you had completed your Job bank registration, Hope you have linked it with your EE profile. Check it.

Case #2:- Once you link your Job Bank to EE profile, it will take 24 hrs to update it completely.

Please check which Case No you have fallen
