Husband has a leaky mitral valve

hello everyone!

I was wondering if someone in here have the same problem with me. I am sponsoring my husband under family class. He had a major heart surgery 3years ago and the doctors fixed his leaky valve. The operation was a success without any complications. But a few months ago we found out on one of his monthly check ups that one of the supposed 'healthy' valve is leaky again. His doctor said it was only little and does not need a surgery right away.
This worries me a lot right now. I am sending our appplication tomorrow and i am aftaid that he will not get approved because of it. Will this affect our application?

Pls. I would really appreciate your help/opinion/advicez.

No impact.

For spousal sponsorship, you cannot be refused for medical reasons unless you have a communicable disease (like TB).

That's good to know. This has been our major concern and the reason why we did not submit his application right away. We did a lot of tests already to see if its really leaking or not and it was confirmed.
