AOR not received

Hello everyone!
My application was received by the Mississauga office on March 17th, 2017, but still have not received the AOR, no emails or anything. Should I worry? Is that normal? Should I call the Office? I heard it takes from 15-30 days,but I already have a month.

I have been looking for the office phone number but I have not found it yet, does anyone know where can I find it?

Did you mail your application from within Canada?
Keep in mind that if they return the application to you, it can take a couple of weeks to arrive after they send it, thanks to the unreliability of Canada Post - and if they're mailing it back to you outside Canada, it could take even longer.

Ours was received by CIC on 30 Mar 2016 and we did not receive AOR until 2nd May 2016. It will come, hang on.

Ours was even longer... March 2nd 2016 and no AOR until May 13th 2016...

I called, they said they returned it on April 7th because missing documents, hopefully I can be getting it soon, and know what I missed :'(

Oh no. Sorry to hear. Hopefully you receive your returned package soon and can add the missing documents and resubmit.

Sorry to hear that. I know it's upsetting, but it happens more often than you think. My application was returned in January and I'm actually anticipating it being returned again this second time I've submitted it. It's really discouraging but just make sure you are really thorough this time.

Within an hour I received two msgs-Acknowlegmnt&online payment receipt.
After thAt there's no change in account.
Pls guide further ..

I know, it is sad . I cannot wait until get the documents back so I can know what I am missing. What makes me feel worse is that there is not anyway of knowing were the documents are or when they will arrive to my house, plus the time that I have been waiting

Did you link your application online?.. Try to calling the office, they will tell you.

Awww sorry to hear...I to am playing the waiting game however I have no idea where my appl is...I have been calling and they say that they dont have my application and they dont no where it is...How did they tell you it was being returned...Did you give them additional information?

Yes, I called and selected the first option, the "status of my application", it asks you for your application code, I just entered my UCI number, and when the representative took my call, he asked me for my type of application, when I sent it, and I think that's it. He told me when was returned and the reasons. Where did you call?

Oh okay..I dont have a UCI number...my lawyer mailed the app out on March 7th and I kept calling to check and see if they recieved it but they keep saying no...so that is definitely not a good sign.
