Hey guys asking for a friend...is a K1 visa a form of sponsorship? Were trying to figure this out as my friend is sponsoring her husband how ever she lives in Canada and previously a young lady was applying for him to go to America...So wanted to know if a K1 visa was a form of sponsorship?

Oh okay..I dont have a UCI number...my lawyer mailed the app out on March 7th and I kept calling to check and see if they recieved it but they keep saying no...so that is definitely not a good sign.

Awww sorry to hear...I to am playing the waiting game however I have no idea where my appl is...I have been calling and they say that they dont have my application and they dont no where it is...How did they tell you it was being returned...Did you give them additional information?

So I am highly confused...because I call cic today and then the lady said she doesnt see anything on file in my husbands name or mine( mind you she wasn't that friendly at all)..so I asked how did they find it two weeks ago and then she basically tells me that the other 2 reps were lying in...

That's great...I hope they accept my 2015 NOA...I haven't even done my taxes yet so busy with work..crossing my fingers.

I dont think my lawyer wrote that I haven't done it as yet...hopefully it doesn't get returned to me..I always do my taxes in April...thanks for replying

Hi...even though the children are not coming as the same time as spouse...they still have to do a medical check for the in time for spouses interview? I didnt know that I thought the the childrens medical could have been done at a later date as they would not becoming the same time has my spouse.

The waiting part is definitely the worse...I knew this whole process wasn't going to be easy..but its just the beginning and I'm going crazy already...All we can do is just keep the faith...maybe give them a call on Monday and see.

I'm not to sure try them...if not definitely give them a call...when I called they didnt find it under me(Sponsor)..they found it under my spouse and I had to give the middle name..She said it's in the beginning stages whatever that means..not sure why I couldnt get a application #.
