You can continue with the same ITA as long as you are within the cut off and you can amend them with a LoE. If you still want to decline the ITA then you will be back in the pool immediately

yeah i can understand but i unintentionally entered wrong years of my work experience, which i later came to know..What do you suggest??? though it has no effect on my CRS score...
Secondly if i want to include my spouse as accompanying then i know i have to decline ITA because it lowers CRS so should i make a new GC key or simply withdraw the EE profile and make a new one .. because if they compared the both it will be difficult to explain to them for me

If you want to decline the ITA, decline it. You will be back in the pool. Add the new details in the pool and wait for the next draw.

Hi I am in the same situation. I have made 4 mistakes altogether in the express entry application. My score is 480+ so if I decline it now would I get my ITA in the next CRS draw? would it have a negative effect on my application going forward altogether?
I understand that I can fix all the errors in the APR and write a letter of explanation but I am skeptical since there are more than 1 mistake in the express entry. Any response would be much appreciated.

Will your CRS decrease after amending the mistakes? If it decreases, will it fall below the cutoff of the round you were given ITA?
What kinds of mistake are they?

Hi, I am in a similar situation.
If I decline, while updating my express entry profile do I need to select 'Yes' to 'have you applied for express entry before?'

No, my CRS will not decrease after amending the mistakes.
1. didn't include my middle name while writing my first name.
2. Gave the wrong NOC number(but not the wrong skill type)
3. need to remove the representative information( it won't be necessary, need to change that)
4. Proof of funds data will need to be removed( I have entered 15000 but since I am applying under CEC I need to give it as 0).

I am a little skeptical since they are a lot of mistakes and I dont want to come off as a careless person in front of the officers. So I was wondering if I could have a fresh start with my application.

However I still have a few questions:

1. do I need to explain why I declined the ITA to the officers?
2. will it have a downside? will it negatively impact my application going forward?
3. If i decline today will I get my ITA in the next draw? ( my CRS score is 494)
4. Do I need to select 'yes' while updating my EE profile when I am asked ' have

If your points still meet the ITA cutoff without the mistakes, there is zero reason to decline the ITA. Correct the mistakes in the PR app.

Hi. I want to decline as well my ITA. I want to remove my canadian degree since i dont have credentials for that due to some reason. As well as the proof of funds which i should have put 0 since i want to be assessed by CEC and PNP only...will there be a problem? Or i can I not decline the ITA and just ammend my ee profilefor PR application? My score will definitely drop but still within the range of the invited score..thank you
