spouse noc work experience

Guys, my spouse put right noc in his 1st job and in his 2nd job he put the noc of his job sales engineer in construction field but employer doesnt want to give him any reference letter.. we thought of uploading his contract however in the contract the noc is civil engineer. . So what can we do? Can i transfer the 2nd job to the personal history and keep his first job in work experience? Or could i leave both jobs in work experience and write a letter of explanation about the wrong noc?
N.b : im the primary applicant not him.

I have a dream that people will state whether they are talking about Canadian or foreign work experience :/

Assuming foreign, remove all jobs from work history and add them in the personal history, no proof will be required.

Yes it is foreign.. but the idea is that i want to show them that he is working and financially supporting my family since i am unemployed at the moment

His foreign work experience is irrelevant to your application so up to you.

Thx del piero.. can i keep his first job in work experience since i got a reference letter and move his current job to personal history?

I need some guidance: When you say move the experience under personal history - where exactly is this category? Is it while doing the ITA response? or in the EE profile? I don't see any personal history category while doing the EE profile.
