EE and Job Bank

I have created an Express Entry Profile yesterday and also have been linked to the Job Bank.
I have few set of questions and I am not sure how does it work.

My CRS score is 375 points at the moment and I m sure I will not get thru draws, so trying my luck in PNPs and thru Job Bank.
The nearest NOC i found suitable for my profile was 1215, though I am also doing work related to other profiles also.
I dont have one set of work in my current office

1) Do I have to look out for the Job belonging to the same NOC code
2) In the Job Bank there were jobs posted thru Monster, Manpower and Workopolis, can we apply thru these sites.
3) If applied they ask for a Log In and ask us to fill in details with number. I am in Dubai and the number is not accepted and this feild is mandatory to fill
4) In simple way how does the Job bank work.
5) Also my husband doesnt have a EE as well as Job Bank profile, can he search and apply thru Job Bank or EE profile is a must

1. you can look for any job you want. employers are more likely to hire you if you fit the job specs. there is no point in wasting your time or the employers time in applying for irrelevant jobs

2. you can apply through any source you want

3. this shows that they are interested in candidates who are in canada and can get a canadian number. you can bypass that by getting a canadian number. this is an online service and the calls will get routed to your number

4. employers advertise jobs and you apply for them

5. only the main applicant can sign up on job bank.
