Forgot to upload my SOP while filling visa online

Hello experts,
I have recently applied my visa online but unfortunately, I forgot to upload my SOP as there was not any space to upload SOP. Later on I realized that I should have attached that with the main application form. I am very tensed as SOP is the main document. What should I do now? Is there any chance to upload it or send it now? Hard to find a solution, please help. Would they ask for my SOP or they are going to refuse it?

You cannot do this now unless requested by IRCC. Just hope for the best. SOP is optional, but recommended.

you can upload it now ...i read somewhere on cic that they provide the facility of uploading documents after visa applied (online) but only con is processing time will increase and please upload it as it is very important document as it tell your intention why u r going to canada

Thanks shammy... But I cannot find any option to upload any of the document now. There are no such fields to upload it now. It would be very helpful if u can be more specific. Thanks
