I guess once we submit the docs that's when the calculation might be to verify the points obtained. Senior members clarify if I'm wrong.
but i am not lying in my ee profile and neither I calculated and allocated points by myself. If day by day calculation doesn't say 2 years completed then go and f**king change your system which gave me 2 years experience point and allowed me to receive ITA.

It's fine to delay submission if you have time, but what if someone hanging on it's last days of WP needs to get AOR asap and apply for BOWP. He might not have time to wait just because EE system is stupid.

Don't give false information.

I recommend you to consult a lawyer. To my knowledge, the requirements and score calculation need to be valid at the time you submit your profile or latest the time you get ITA.
Next time, think, browse the relevant sections of IRCC site and think again before posting.

Happy holidays!

No no no!! If they go change their system again, they're likely to break it again. Which means, while I'm 27, I might very well retire before they get it fixed again!

Not really stupid.

One has 90 (up from 60 earlier) days to apply after receiving an ITA. Even if the system granted points 2 months in advance, one could wait until the last day to qualify and submit their application. That's how the system is designed to function.

I know Asivad that it gives 90 days to submit, but let's say I started working 20th Jan 2015, as per EE i Complete two year at Dec 2016 and I got ITA in current draw and my WP is expiring on 10th Jan or something, I don't have 90 days. coz I need to get AOR and apply for BOWP before 10th jan to keep my job and status in canada, now you tell me if I accept ITA and claim 2 years point for Exp. WHICH GIVEN BY EE SYSTEM ON THE FIRST PLACE, what am I doing wrong.??? How come its misrepresentation.?

not arguing just trying to understand. :)

Hard luck. In such 'rare' cases, one may choose to either accelerate submission along with an LOE or decline the ITA. If you choose to submit, you are definitely violating the requirements of meeting MEC but that's where an LOE may help.

Not that I am in that situation, but if I was and if CEC decline/reject my application they will be in big trouble coz I will sue them and bring them down coz I am the DARK KNIGHT and no one messes with me ;D

Based on my own personal experience with OINP which I believe uses the same logic as CIC, I would recommend you don't accept. I had applied for OINP with just 2 days short of completing 1 year b4 receiving their letter to apply and I even submitted my documents 20 days later but the case officer refused my application stating that I had not completed the required period. I even explained that I had not taken my 2 weeks vacation for the year when the case officer sent me the procedural fairness letter and she still refused my application on this basis. Although I believe it also comes down to the case officer.

LOL!

They're bureaucratic enough to pull you down. The subtext clearly states that the onus is solely on you, the applicant, to meet the requirements at any given point.

You have added to my confusion again :(. I guess I'll take hard route and submit the next week. I do have a PNP PR application submitted just in case something goes wrong here

No need to stress out. Just make sure you have completed the work experience for which you're claiming points by the time you submit your e-APR.
