Can't Upload IMM5710 Form (Bridging Open Work Permit Application)

Hello Everyone,
I am applying for a BOWP, based on an AOR (EE - CEC). I have uploaded all documents, except when I try to upload the IMM5710 form, I can get an error which says;

Error: The form you have uploaded was not accepted
- Error Description: The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted.

Please help! I am running out of time.....

P.S I have I have Adobe Reader XI and Adobe Acrobat 9 installed on my computer.

I have exactly the same problem too, and I see other people having this issue on other forums. I assume this is IRCC's issue. Ugh...

Apparently people were experiencing this before for another form,

check this, smo suggested to use Explorer instead of chrome and firefox...

I have tried both chrome and IE and it didnt work. I can give firefox a try.

Same here. I have tried all browsers, updated my own PDF and cleared all caches.. it doesn't seem to work though..
Anyone applied without this problem recently ? I am trying since last night

Foudn another one , I am quoting what the user wrote....you can check yourself... I am going silent if this also doesnt work....

You do not need to sign your application form by hand. You will be asked to submit a digital signature once you are ready to transmit your documents to CIC

That is exactly what I did. I filled the 5257 pdf that I had downloaded. I "validated" it and made the necessary corrections. After it validated successfully, I uploaded the form. After uploading all docs, when I submitted the application, in the last step it asked me to enter my name and hit the "Transmit" button.
I just received a message in MyCic that the submission was received my CIC"

I used my own macbook laptop, school Mac, school windows system computer, different browsers, different everything.

I tried old version and new version Adobe Readers.

I basically tried everything I could think of, it all gave me the same description:

Error: The form you have uploaded was not accepted.
Error Description: The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted

I reported technical issue on the website and asked forums.

I am running out of time as well.

If this cannot be solved by the end of this week, I will do it with the old fashion way: mailing all the paper documents.

If it is urgent, you can choose to submit the French version IMM5710F, which can be correctly uploaded.

OMG!!! I have the same problem!! I am very frustrated! I have been trying since last night around 9pm and I am still trying now.
I used IE, Chrome, i even downloaded safari and firefox but to no avail!!
I have uninstalled, downgraded, upgraded my Adobe and still i cannot upload the IMM5710 file!!!

Does anyone know what to do??

I even emailed technical support but they were just empathetic. didnt really helped on what to do with it. I kept phoning cic as well but Im always held by prompt messages.
I am beyond frustrateddddd!!!

Hey there , I tried todownload the form in french and it worked (IMM5710F) Even if you don't any french you can just compare to your english from . I uploaded it and it really work . hope this will be helpful

The problem is over!
Now, I used chrome and submitted the application.
