To continue to work, you require an approved LMIA from an employer, you are not eligible for an open work permit. 2. Unless you get a LMIA, then you would have to apply for an extension as visitor if you wished to remain longer.

(also from other Gentlemen) I have applied for closed work-permit from India through Agent. My process is still on going from last 3 month but no update. I want to know about your case, how you get closed work permit from India? how you proceed for? Still I'm confused after 3 month of application, Is it possible to get closed work permit at this way by paying some money? Thanks in advance...
