I am filling out the spousal application to sponsor my wife and I had some questions on this form. Hoping someone can clarify.

1) Part C - info about Relationship. "Describe the circumstance of your first meeting" - I dont quiet follow this question. I was introduced to my wife by my parents and when I visited India I met my wife at a coffee shop for the first time. So I am not exactly sure how to answer this question?
2) Is the following answer acceptable for the question below?
Are you Living together now? If no Explain why? If either of you are living with someone else, include their name and relationship in the explanation.
Principal Applicant currently resides in CityName, Country with her Parents, namely: Fathers Name, Mothers Name. The Sponsor resides alone in City, Province, Canada. Sponsor lives in Canada and works at XXX as a XXX and Principal applicant lives in India and works at XXX. Since we both have jobs in different countries we are currently not living together. Also, currently Principal Applicant does not have a Canadian Permanent Residency. Once she is approved for PR, she will move to Canada to live with the sponsor.
3) Lastly, Part C of this form is supposed to be filled out by both the sponsor and the principal applicant, so what is the best way to word answers, should I write it in first person (ex. I met the principal application for the first time at ... on this day..) or should I write in third person (The sponsor met the principal application for the first time at... on...)?
