job offer date vs ITA

Hi All,

i am on ICT WP. considering that my employer will give an offer letter in canada i claimed for 50 points. so i got an ITA on 4th Jan. And my employer is yet to issue the offer letter. My HR told they will give in next week, which may be by 13th Jan.

so, job offer is issued on a later date after ITA. will it be a problem?

I am also facing same issue . I got promotion to TL and I might get new offer letter in the coming weeks.
Can I submit my profile claiming 50 Points for job offer.
