NOC Code Help - Store Operations Analyst

Hi There,
Currently, I am working as a Store Operations Analyst and interest to apply in Express entry through Canadian Experience Class but confuses with NOC code. Could you please help me to find right NOC code? Any help would be really appreciated.

Position Responsibilities:
• Execution of key forecast management activities to maintain baseline accuracy across all store-departments
• Develop and apply/update forward looking judgment on sales forecasts based on weekly analysis of planned events, promotions, marketing campaigns, merchandising strategies, etc.
• Attend weekly business meetings to collect information on planned demand influencing activities
• Attend weekly forecast review meetings to provide explanations of forecast as required
• Implement and communicate daily/weekly forecasting and scheduling exceptions
• Develop sensitivity analyses across multiple labour dimensions associated with changes to policies, constraints, labour models, etc.
• Preparation of weekly and of ad hoc labour management performance reporting coupled with analysis/commentary on opportunities, risks and emerging trends for the purposes of operational decision making surrounding forecasting and scheduling
• Participate and support labour studies throughout the year across various stages from objective setting to the development of engineering standards
• Collect operational facts, data, etc. to support the design and implementation of processes aimed to bring cost-outs at the store level
• Support business project leads in the development, design, and implementation of new processes and/or technical enhancements
• Maintain education and training content as required
• Maintain user facing tools/applications with timely information required for planning and execution at store level
• Engage business partners to ensure the timely execution of key process related activities

Experience/Knowledge Required:

• Post-secondary degree in a field related to the position: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Accounting, Distribution, or Manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of advanced planning principles
• Experience in operational forecasting, resource planning, and financial analysis are strong assets
• Critical thinking skills; able to perform a basic assessment of a business problem
• Intermediate knowledge of statistical concepts is an asset (e.g. regression)
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and relational database design;
• Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (e.g. SAP) and/or advanced planning systems
• Ability to work with ambiguity and with varying team members
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Retail industry experience strongly preferred

I emailed to NOC unit and they suggest me this NOC code

4163 Business development officers and marketing researchers and consultants

but this is completely irrelevant for what I am doing.

I think, I am planning to apply under 1122. Any other suggestion and guidance would be much appreciated.

I have exactly similar duties to you. What was the NOC code you entered and was 1122 accepted?
