eMedical Information Sheet - is this correct?

So I got Information Sheet from eMedical - my ITA for EE is under the FSW

The top has a barcode: UMI U##########

and then personal details followed by:

Client Visa Details
IME: Non EDE
Upfront Medical Type: Worker

Health Case Status
This health case has not yet been submitted to CIC. The status of the individual examinations is listed below.

501 Medical Examination - Required
502 Chest X-Ray Examination - Required
707 HIV test - Referred - Clinic Name
712 Syphilis Test (VDRL or RPR) - Referred - Clinic Name

Are the above information expected? I am supposed to just submit this sheet?

and it says they get details of the results ... should I expect one?

Those are the detailed results which are sent to CIC by the clinic at a later date, one need not get/await those before submission.

@Asivad I read your post/reply somewhere in the forum mentioned that it is better to do the medical close to submission date, is it because the medical exam is valid for one year?

In my case, the date of upfront medical exam will be about 2 weeks earlier than the submission date, this should be fine for the application, correct?

Hi all, I have 2 questions:

1. My wife has done medical for her study permit. Can we use it for our express entry PR?

2. She did her medical on May 29th, 2016. Till which day it will remain valid before we apply and received e-AOR? I read somewhere it has to have 6 months validity at the time of e-AOR. Does it mean her medical is valid till 28th November, 2016?

Your spouse will need to redo medicals. You cannot use the earlier results for your PR application.

Hi, my husband has got nomination this week, we expect to receive ITA invitation after next draw, I guess it will come by end of Nov. here is my question regarding medical check,
:
Can we go for medical check right now as the invitation day is very close?
We both have work permit, I am in China now, while my husband in Canada, Can I do medical test in China while he does in Canada ?

As our WP will be expired soon we are hurry to get AOR for BOWP.

Hi, i got my medical done for PR (dependent ) on 29th may 2018 and also had applied for my work permit visa, for which i received a medical request on 9th july 2018.. can i use the same medical which i had done for my PR or do i need to do it again?
