Hey, i know a friend who got his PR using the NOC 6235 for the same job with CIBC. He applied under the old CEC Category for paper application tho

Request for a reference letter from the HR and you will see 3 or 4 duties matches with the NOC 6235 from the HRSDC website

Currently employment verification letter is available thru the myhr website..it doesnt mention any of your job responsibilities..

What you will have to request for is a "specialized verification of employment"..and that letter has to be requested by your manager..and will be given to your manager..it will mention all your responsibilities..with that you can compare with noc 6235 if responsibilities match...it should as yengyeng said..but not sure..

Hope this helps!!!! :)

Thanks lazybone, I m supposed to get my offer letter soon, I hope to get a job description from the HR later

Me too applying under CEC. Working at a contact center and selling all kind of products. That's what NOC 6235 states. My immigration consultant friend said people working at cash money also sell financial products. Just because they are limited to one/two products doesn't mean they don't qualify for 6235. Make sure your duties match. Seek a custom letter from the supervisor of possible.
And let's keep ourselves posted of what's happening.

Hi I have telephone banking position with a bank. It’s called financial services representative. Is it applicable for noc 6235?
