How to get diploma transcripts from PUNJAB BOard of Technical education

I have done 3 yrs diploma in ece and then b tech from ptu.

Has anyone with same education, can you let me know how to get the transcripts for diploma and from ptu for b tech

Has anyone applied for transcripts from Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training for WES ?
and If anyone has applied,
Please let me know the complete process and how long does it will take as well?
