Hi,

Me and My Mr has interview in delhi..and we both are in canada on workpermit..so what to do..my query is that we have already inform that we are in canada..and online status is also display that our address is in canada..so y they sedule the interview in delhi..even they did mail on 28th for interview call..and interview is o 7th..they told us in mail that if you can not attaned the interview so before to week you have to update us that because of this reason you are not coming..but..actully they did not give a 2 weeks time..so what to do..please please please help us....

Hii All,

I had been working with 1 Employer in Nova Scotia Canada since Jun' 16 but they have let me go in the month of Dec' 16 and I had came under Closed Work Permit i.e. by getting Provincial Nominee. And based on this Nominee I have applied for PR in the month of Jan' 2016. And After 1 year I landed up with an FINAL INTERVIEW ROUND which was on 19th Jan' 17 and even gave that interview but in Interview they did not gave perfect reply that I got the PR or its been rejected. Since I have explained the interviewer about the current situation in Canada that I don't have job. So since 19th Jan till date I am awaiting for the reply from DELHI CIC OFFICE. On the other side they have update in CIC Online under my application that "DECISION MADE" as on 27th Jan' 17 but still I have not got any e-mail or mail on my home address. I am wondering that when it will arrive?

2ndly even the Nomination Officer of Nova Scotia has given me the time line till 14th Feb' 17 to find a new employer in Nova Scotia who can do LMIA for me. So in this case what should I do as the priority is to find a new employer but I have tried hard but still not got. Can anyone guide on this???

i have similar situation and not sure what or why they have to assess, just to give you background of my situation. i have applied for PR under CEC category on november 2016 and i went back to india to get married on Feb5th 2017. parallel to, my bridging open work permit was in process while i left canada, lately i received it and applied for visa from india which i got. and in march i added my spouse to existing PR application and in April i Submitted all the documents requested and 2 days ago i received a letter to attend an interview on July in New Delhi along with my wife.

i have paid lot of money to File my PR, yet i faced many difficulties and i do not see proper support from them. i really appreciate if you could share your experience in regarding interview. whether there is something i should be afraid of? what are the areas visa officer will be targeting on. any help is much appreciated. thanks in advance.
