Background in Progress always

Starting to wonder if anyone has received PPR with their Background In Progress throughout their entire PR application process?? Went to "In Progress" after medicals passed and been the same ever since.

i.e not going back to "Not needed at this time" or going into "In Progress" for a second time

July AOR, no military service or travel history to suspicious countries.

Don't worry about the background check status.It doesn't imply much.
It may be In progress,Not started or Not needed at this time throughout the process and you will still get a PPR.
Many members of the forum have gone through the above scenario.
As you have stated that you have July AOR,it still long way to go.As per the current trends January 2017 will be your time.
You can always order GCMS notes to know what is exactly happening with your application.

It's totally fine, what the tracker says about the Background Check is largely meaningless.

As per current trend, Background check doesn't matter, earlier,after bg in progress,many got ppr in 1-2 days,now it's not like that.

My BG in progress from more than 2 months,after 5 months of A

My background check began on Sept-2. I received my PPR yesterday and the background check is still "In Progress" in MyCIC. So don't worry and just keep yourself entertained while you wait!

Don't worry about the background check status.It doesn't imply much.
It may be In progress,Not started or Not needed at this time throughout the process and you will still get a PPR.
