Updated email address in EE profile yet updates come on old email

Hello friends,

I have recently changed my email in my EE profile. When I check my submitted application, it shows the new email address
but when I get any update it still goes to the old email...
Has anyone had any similar experience...
Does any one know how I can receive those do not reply emails on my new email address..

Hello Mallikaasharmaa,

In order for you to get updates about your profile, you need to change the email address mentioned in the dashboard page(under my information above what would you like to do today?) of your CIC account where your EE application, visitor visa application or study/work permit application is listed. Not in your EE application.

But I have done that and it's still not changing please help
