Post ITA Employment Date changes

I wanted to get your opinion on an issue that has just come up with my application.

I received an ITA couple weeks back and completed the post ITA forms to get my personalized document checklist issued.

I am in the process of gathering my documents.

Issue is that I have incorrectly mentioned some dates related to my current job.

My designation changed since I started working at my current job and I wasn't aware of the exact date of designation change.

I checked with HR while filling the forms and they gave me a date in June 2016 as change of designation.

Now however, in the Reference letter, the date of designation is mentioned as March, 2016. Seems like the HR rep I spoke to earlier screwed up and now Im in a rough spot. The reference letter date is set to March 2016.

Both the positions are in the same NOC and job duties are the same. Same has been mentioned in the letter. Since overall job experience isn't changing, there is no change to the CRS score.

Question:

Can I change the date my designation changed in the profile after ITA has been issued?

Original:
Designation 1 - March 2015 - June 2016 NOC AAAA
Designation 2 - July 2016 - Present NOC AAAA

Needs to change to:
Designation 1 - March 2015 - March 2016 NOC AAAA
Designation 2 - March 2016 - Present NOC AAAA

Please advise.

Can I change the date my designation changed in the profile after ITA has been issued?

After you get the ITA, I believe the profile is now locked, and you cannot make any more changes.

However, you should provide the correct in formation in your eAPR and letter of reference. As you say, there is no "consequence" for your score, as the NOC is the same.

Hello Sam! I’m in the exact same situation! Put the months slightly different than the ref letter. Did you make changes after ITA ! Did it cause any problem to your application? Please advice, I’m stressing out :/
