Re apply for student visa after cancellation

Hello I was student of george brown college for pgdm course. I started my college in jan 2016 but i suffered a shoulder muscle injury, due to that i came back to india same month and cancelled my student visa. Now I'm perfectly fit & fine and applied in the university & got the offer letter for masters. so what are the chances of getting student visa again? what are the documents i have to submit while applying for student visa?

Others can comment but if you succeeded getting a visa before then same documentation as before that was successful plus maybe a letter explaining your medical episode as clarification.

Thanks mate. I'm really worried about visa. I want to pursue my dreams & goals again & I have got the opportunity one more time by getting admission in the univerity. I have one more doubt that for the first time when I got the student visa I went for pgdm course & now I'm going for masters, so will it have a negative effect on my student visa application?
