5 year gap accepted under spp. Really?

hey friends!!! help plzzzzz

I have just read under Canada spp guidelines that"A study gap no larger than 5 years is accepted. Some exceptions made for students with excellent grades and a 6 year gap."

Is it true? than there should be no problem for me after 2 years gap I think...

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 years gap is not an issue at all.

if you have done some job, or a course,study, gap as such will not matter.

no study or job xperience,,was searching 4 jobs,,,will i be able 2 convince vo?

i am sorry to say but i don't think visa officer will not be impressed. you have to show something meaningful.but what i can suggest you is that you can start a self-employed business now or something and then apply for learning new skills for your business like business program etc .whatever you show it has to be genuine. because if a inquiry is there or embassy demands to see the proof, you could be in trouble and risk being banned from applying in future.
but that said if you want to apply with your gap as it is or give it a try, you can apply. you never know, there have been instances where visa has been given in completely unexpected cases.

you can still apply with a strong statement of purpose, which will help to convey ur visa officer

I got offer letter from Conestoga college, and Mohwak college
For diploma in office administration executive
yeh u dnt want to be confused u can apply with a strong sop, i had frnds who got canadian visa after 7 yrs gap
