and l am B A economics graduate from Mahatma gandhi university.Let me know how many points will get for apply.3 or 2?

With your spouse as primary applicant she gets 12 points and you get 3 points.

To apply for a Quebec Skilled Selected worker program as a couple you have to get a score of 57 which depends on age,qualification,Occupation listed in AOT(Area of training),IELTS ,French language & spouse characteristics.

As your wife is a GNM nurse which is listed in section B she can claim 12 points in terms of AOT & where as you having B.A economics which is listed in sector C under spouse characteristics you can claim 2 points .
