Medical status Update - Supervisa

Hi All,

Applied for Supervisa for parents, and did medicals on 18th April, and status updated today for Mom as passed, and Dad's status still says Need your medical information. Puzzled...??? Why so.. They both did medicals together and both should have been uploaded together. Any similar experience...
