Can I earn points for my education if it is not related to my work experience/NOC code? I am pretty sure that I can, but I just want to confirm.

A friend of mine runs her own manufacturing business and also has a 4 year diploma that is completely unrelated. What can she claim in this scenario?

For the purpose of migration under Express Entry the NOC and education need not be related, they are independent of each other.

What about PNP Tech programs, I've heard that visa officers may reject your application because they might think that you are not qualified,
is that true?
