Linking EE profile for PR

Hi guys, I fired my immigration lawyer yesterday and am now trying to link my EE profile back to my account so I can have access to my profile again. As a security question it's asking me to input my CELPIP registration number, however I know there is a certain number of spaces between certain numbers in order for the CIC website to accept it (i.e it won't accept my registration number if the number is input without spaces) Cab anyone remember how they filled in their celpip number to their EE profile? I only have 5 attempts before it locks me out for 24 hours so any help is appreciated!

It should be the registration number followed by 3 spaces and then the PIN.
