Hi,

I am from India. I had completed 12th and after that 1 had completed 1 year ITI & 1 Year O' Level from DOEACC. WES has assessed my qualification of 12th as "Secondary School Diploma" and O' Level as "One Semester of Post-secondary Study". My ITI was not assessed by WES.

Can you please advice on the FSW points I would be getting on the above.

Also, with the above education credential, what points I will be getting for Manitoba PNP program.

I am sorry to tell you this but you might not be eligible to apply to immigrate. FSW program requires you to have a completed post secondary diploma/degree but in your case it is "One Semester of Post-secondary Study" which I think is not equivalent to a completed post-secondary diploma.

You can take a second opinion from other members too!

Just today, I got same reply (asking for degree certificate ) from WES even after sending sealed enveloped from DOEACC + copy of all marksheet and A level certificate provided by DOEACC.

I am not sure, how to get degree certificate from DOEACC. Any idea or information or update you have ? Please do share.
