Step Wise Procedures of Attestation For WES of Metric, Inter & HEC

I am planing to submit express entry profile... i have ielts positive LMIA... ECA... now i am completing all other documents so can you tell me which type of documents are required..
IBCC attested when submitting PR...MOFA .....and what other
I will be very thankful if you help me ..

Hello All, Specially Mish , As I see responding efficiently with lots of knowledge and experience in your portfolio -

Here is my situation : Totally Stuck and Confused - I was born and raised up in Saudi Arabia, 34 years old and never been to Pakistan - So no nothing but can sense the horrible situation of attestion specially for IBCC -

Metric Certificate - Studies conducted in Pakistan Embassy School, Jeddah and Certificate Issued from Federal Board of Islamabad
Intermediate Certificate - Studies conducted in Pakistan International School, Jeddah and certificate Issued from Federal Board of Islamabad

I want to get them verified and attested via IBCC ( I will authorize someone to do it for me , as I won't be able to travel to Pakistan or get any agent services, Please refer agents who knows exactly the WES process and get the documents prepared in accordance to WES criteria)- Please Help !

For my Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of International relations, both are issued from University of Karachi, privately attend from Saudi - However, I think the HEC process is simpler and they seem to know the WES requirements -

Please could you please help or nominate agents for IBCC attestation process in accordance to WES.

For HEC,you can use their courier service

Till last year, Karachi board required first to attest IBCC, then the board will attest for WES but not any more. Hopefully, federal board has also get away with this requirement & may be directly attesting for WES.

Now, everyone in board knows about WES thanks to too many applicants.

My advice is go to Islamabad and get it done yourself. It is a 2 day task. HEC is also there so may do all the stuff in one ticket. There are mamoo in pakistan sort of service but they charge by keeping US/UK customers in mind so your own ticket & hotel will be cheaper then their service.

1. For Bhawalpur and Lahore board metric and fsc, do we need to apply for attestation if using Uoft ECA?

is the above needed when using UofT ECA.

I have a problem for the attestation of matic and inter certificate for my wife as she has done from Federal board as she was in saudia arab and completed her education for matric and inter from there so for that I have to go to Islamabad office as I m currently not available in pak or the same can be done from karachi if i asked my father need your suggestion.

1) IBCC is not required, only Board is sufficient.
2) The Board will send your docs.

Please confirm the WES address to send these documents for assessment.

On the WES website i got the following address:

My board is Multan Baord, I just ask them to please attest my matric and intermediate photo copies and send to WES in their envelope but those illiterate people don't even know what is WES.

They are insisting that we will send your attested photo copies to IBCC and then you will receive from IBCC

What to do please advise?

Hello Everyone

I have sent my B.Sc and MS documents to WES and status saying these are accepted. Now the problem is F.Sc (BISE Lahore documents) which have not received by WES yet. I sent my younger brother (since I m out of Pakistan) to cross check with BISE Lahore but no one is there to response properly. My brother submitted the photocopies and deposited the fee almost one month ago to BISE Lahore. We don't know even either BISE have sent them to WES or not.

is there some could help me for the same and guide me.

Brother these boards guys are illiterate and stupid. in my case BISE Multan they even don't k now what is WES. The are insisting we will send to IBCC not WES. Also we will not attest transcripts we only attest degrees.

I think ask brother to use some under table , Sorry to use these words, i am against under table but what to do in such cases

Yes that is bitter reality but sadly they only understand that
