Hey all,

My sister decided to withdraw her profile because she wants to try for OPNP. When she creates a new profile, does she need to declare that she's applied for express entry before?

Yes, otherwise this is viewed by both the VO and the Province processing officers as 'misrepresentation'. The penalties at the Federal Level potentially include:

1) 5 year ban from entering Canada
2) Being charged with a criminal offence

Unsure of penalties at Provincial level.

Tell her to state 'Yes' she has applied for EE before.

But how do you withdraw your profile and then submit new one, do you mean that we need to create new gc key or just using the same acount but new application?

Click 'Withdraw Profile' button. Then using the same 'GC Key' go through the process and create a new profile. You can potentially create and delete a profile up to 10 times.

So, when she did that, they told her because she withdrew her profile, she's no longer eligible to re-enter the pool. She's creating a brand new GC key.

Yes, you need to create a new 'Job Bank' profile. Ensure the email address is not the same you used for the last job bank profile.

There is no need to mention that you applied for express entey before . Make a new gc key with a new email Id. And make a new job Bank profile . Don't forget to deactivate yjyr old job bank profile . Also when u make a new gc key , don't forget to revoke your old gckey profile .

the only time you have to declare that you applied for express entry before is when u received an ita and then for some reason u reapplied. I made a brand new profile . With a new gckey abd a new job Bank profile . Got the oonp invite yesterday .

How long you waited after creating the new profile to get the oonp? and why not just withdraw and create new profile using same gc key?

There is no need to reveal anything. Just recreate and make new profile. He has no got any PT or ITA so whats harm in creating new profile. Also i suggest make new GC key . Start afresh

abopsultely disagree. i have created new profile with new gckey and all previous accounts deactivated. Its fine . I got my OONP PT and its no offence.
