How do we know which VO is processing our file?

Guess it depends upon complexicity of your file. I am not 100% sure on creteria. Someone else can guide you here.

i dont think anybody is a 100% sure on CIC's criteria of transferring the file to Local visa office.

The mail title ( Application number-Visa office enquiry)
In the email body, you must mention at the end:
- your stream
- last name
- Given names
- DOB
- UCI #
