hi,

we are three me,my wife and kid. we have applied for 3 persons. While landing in canada first i will come to canada i.e provience and submit my passport. after couple of months my wife and kid will come and they will submit the papers. if they are not intrested to live here ,will they go to india and come back after 2 yrs ? if that is the case Does they will get the citizen ship or any they need to stay for certain period of time?

In order to get citizenship, your wife needs to meet the citizenship residency requirement. This means she will need to live in Canada for four years out of a six year period in order to qualify to apply.

u mean to say we need to stay at least 4 yrs apart from primary applicant out of 6 yrs right .. then only we can apply citizen ship .. Does canaada has dual citizenShip with india ?
