• Develop, direct and evaluate sales and marketing strategies in retail outlets located within the territory in order to meet customer and consumer objectives.
• Develop and actively participate in business development projects (e.g., trade incentive schemes, internal brand awareness campaigns.
• Ensure that products reach retail outlets fresh, in the right quantity and are being sold at the right price
• Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume, margin, quality (e.g., RQI) and customer price of products are achieved for the territory
• Research, develop, and ensure successful implementation of anticompetitive strategies to reduce the growth of Competition within territory
• Motivate, train and assign duties to sales team to ensure that volumes targets are achieved
