SNIP - Double standards - Rejection Must read and be careful I am screwed

First few months back

Around june I submitted my document without attaching the bank statement under settlement plan
so Immediately the next day (during that time my status of the application was " received ") I sent the copy of bank statement to the documment .immigaration email id providing my file number .
I got a response the next day stating that "they wont be able to upload the document and hence they closed my application , asked me to create new one lucklly the cap was still open . so i created and upload all the files.


Recently :

I got a returned application letter stating that I have missed three documents namely spouse passport / birth certificate and my ielts results . So immediately I emailed all the scanned missing document with the following below reason for missing those files .

Reason for missing document

1 . Principal Applicatnt - Gunaranjan Chockalingam Sundararajan

English/French Lanuage ability - In SINP portal under Step 2 , Points Grid - Factor 1 (C) Language ability , there was no option( File Upload icon) provided for uploading IELTS Result .


2. Spouse
Birth Document , Passport - In SINP portal under Step 4 Family Member - - Spouse there was no option( File Upload icon ) provided for uploading the files.

Could you please re consider my application and let me know

Their response :
please note that this application was closed due to the absence of required documents.

You currently do not have an active file with the SINP.

If you would like to submit these documents, you must make a new, complete, online application to the SINP when the category is open again.

Conclusion :
I am very much aware that during application in progress or Appplication recieved !
you can send them all those missing document to this email id immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca
asking them to upload .
The only exception in this is Once they upload you wont be able to see them in Online SNIP application
this statement is provide by the immigration officer during my phone call with them.

Also I am sure in the sinp guidelines they did not provide the list of support documents to be upload ,they only mentioned about the federal forms.
I only assume that they find a way to screw you due to over flowing of immigration .
i am from a *censored word* country and they dont have any clue as to what it means for me to migrate to canada .I dont have energy nor money to go through this onemore time . So goodbye and all the best for ya all . peace

SNIP - How long we have to stay in province

i got province nomination under SNIP program and i have submitted all document for PR, now i want to know once i will get PR then how long i have to stay in saskatchewan?

Dear, you didn't read the procedure to fill the form carefully and u filled the incomplete form, so they returned it. Why don't you try again on Jan. 2017 or before (if applicable). I think u have to attempt the final shot because now u are an expert experienced person.

@ashuindian is right. It is us, the applicant's, responsibility to read and follow instructions laid by SINP program. Missing forms/docs are missing.

As a matter of fact, I went through their system in 2015 Oct, and I can find all the upload buttons from side of online forms.

You have to submit New application. Prepare new Oasis ID (Better 3-4) and upload all documents and forms, check them carefully repeatedly. 3-4 IDs for practice. When Intake will open, Press Submit button of the best competed ID. You must pay CAD 300 again.

I saw your post on June 17 and this one, You mentioned then that you have sent some documents via email (immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca ) which you forgot to upload initially while submitting the application.

Now you got your application returned/closed due to IELTS report, Spouse passport, and Spouse birth certificate missing.

My question is, did your documents which you sent by email are the same documents which they mentioned as MISSING ?
I mean, document which you sent via email, got uploaded correctly later on ?

I saw your post on June 17 and this one, You mentioned then that you have sent some documents via email (immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca ) which you forgot to upload initially while submitting the application.

Now you got your application returned/closed due to IELTS report, Spouse passport, and Spouse birth certificate missing.

My question is, did your documents which you sent by email are the same documents which they mentioned as MISSING ?
I mean, document which you sent via email, got uploaded correctly later on ?
