Hey so just wondering, if Im already working for my employer on an IEC visa does he need to advertise my position for 14 days is this not necessary considering I am already employed by him?
Hi, no he doesnt need, but it would be great if he have proof that he advertised for your position, and if you came instead other person the reason why he choose you instead of canandian worker
