Hello I recently received the following Email with the title "Do Not Reply - Ne Pas Repondre" from "Client-update-mise-a-jour@cprocessing"

Dear FirstName LastName
Please find information concerning your application in the attached document. If you are unable to view the attached document or did not receive a document, please advise us by forwarding this e-mail to CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca
CPC-Ottawa, NHQ - Centralized Processing Region

K1A 1L1, Canada "
The Email had no attached documents so I forwarded it to the Email address specified. I know CIC tends to take a while to respond. The status online for my application switched from "Application Received" to "In Process". I have not yet sent my Medicals. Here are my questions to whoever is willing to assist:
1. Is this an Email asking for Medicals?
2. If Yes, Would you recommend that I go and do my Medicals right now?
3. Is there situations where medicals can be waived? . I have lived in Canada for over 5 years and have not left for more than a month during my stay here.
Thank you very much
