Last Name Issue..

Hi, I am from india and i am trying to apply for credential evalution through WES.
They are asking for my first name and last name.
I have specified as per the passport.
Now, all my degree certificate has the initials like "AS".
What should i do on this situation ?.
Do i need to specify "AS" as my last name or my full last name " Arthanari chettiar Sreerangan".

Please help me out.

You need to submit a affidavit stating that all different versions of the name is representing you alone,

This does not create any problem as such if clarify them in affidavit.

Dear DInakaran,

I know it is little old post but if you get the time to answer, pls advise you had any issue related to name initials while applying for Express Entry? Did you enter the name as per passport or as per your degree certificates while applying for credential assessment? I am having same dilemma. My degree also includes my father's initials while my other documents have just my first and last name without initials.
