Status changed --Additional document request VFS chandigarh...help me guys !!!!

Hi,
I tracked my file number and I got this message displayed on screen
"Visa application, tracking ID No. 20140801INxxxxx You are requested to submit additional documents to the Canada Visa Office,CHANDIGARH, for further processing. Please call VAC helpline number for further information.

1)Transcripts
2)provisional degree
2)loan 12 lakh
3)tuition fees receipt
4)offer letter
5)medical
6)ielts
I have doubt abt sponsorship letter i did not submit it..but it is not listed on university checklist!

I called at vfs chd and They already courier my documents on 21 August 2014,But they send an email on 21 august 2014 around 7 pm to provide requested documents to VFS chandigarh

why did they send back my passport??
is this sign of refusal?

I have received the same email as well! Did your Visa get refused for this?
