I got my USA visa rejected once. Also, earlier my Canadian WP got rejected.

In section 6(a - k)"Have you, or, if you are the principal applicant, any of your family members listed in your application for permanent residence in. Canada, ever....." which one should I choose?

Isn't the question about refusals in Canada? USA visa refusals don't need to show up here.

Write "Not Applicable".

I think its better to give the genuine information. Say yes your VISA and Work permit rejected and give the explanation

Hi there, just a side question. In the address setion : do we have to compulsorily give information of all addresses? Sometimes where you have stayed in multiple rentals, in - out of canada, might not be retrieveable. Please can you shower some guidance.
