Hi All,
My parents are visiting me here in Canada on a super visa. Here are the details:
Visa Validity: 20/11/2012 - 14/09/2015
Entry Stamp: 22/01/2013 - 22/01/2015
Instead of returning to their home country before their exit date of 22/01/2015, we are thinking if we could visit the U.S. and come back on let's say 15/02/2015. The idea is to fully utilize the PGP Super Visa time till 14/09/2015 without the hassle of going all the way back to our home country.
Has anyone done this before? Would this be a problem at POE such as the CBSA officer claiming that my parents have not spent enough time outside of Canada to be eligible for re-entry or that the parents HAVE to necessarily return to the home country?
Appreciate any help.
