it was driving without insurance and my licence was at home so they caught me and took me to police station but later on i was released with having 400euro fine. they took my finger scanning as well

but how CIC is going to know about it if i dont mention it at all......

if i disclose this to them, they would probably reject my visa application
This is sad.. and too damn harsh for such an offense..
They deported you just for that ? Im not sure thay wud go to such an extent for any of their own.. this is heavy..

also, an example for all of us.. that we can never afford to get sloppy when we are in a foren land.. no moment to put our guard down..
it seems as if everybody is out to get you when u r from a foren land, specially the high risk zones or maybe a case of being at the wrong place at the wrong time, with the wrong circumstances..

:( :(

the irish are racist and when they found out about the recession they thought indians have taken all their jobs and now get them out of the country by all means. now they'r seeking thin line of reasoning to raise issues and get people deported from their country. but they dont think this deportation makes peoples life hell as they cant apply anywhere else...then we've got no alternative left but to lie!!! what to do....ive got to work it out

Well then in this case, making a new passport is the only case. But he did mentioned about his Spain friend story. CIC didn't asked about the police clearance of the Spain from that person. Then he's good to go !!!
I wudnt suggest goin for a new passport to solve this..
Coz if u do.. and u r from one of the metro cities, ur old passport records will pull up while applying again..

they have softwares now wich match a combo of person name, parents name, DOB, etc.. and they give u the level of match in %..
a PO once told me this..

But then ur passport was not stamped.. right ?
It has been 4 years already..

why dont u mention outright that yes u were in ireland..
if they dont ask for PCC then cool..

if they do, then when you apply for one then just add an explanation of what happened and what u think were the causes.. thats the best u can do.. I know it wud not b 100% fool proof but it wud certainely not land u up in legal trouble...

just a suggestion though..
choose wisely..

i know lying is bad but the problem is if i tell them the truth and justify things with evidences as well, deportation from a country like ireland would always make my profile BAD......they may not bother to study my justification at all and just refuse it immediately after knowing about my deportation

thats why i think its better i take chance and apply without telling them the facts

also, i would lost my previouse passport and make a new one so there wont be any point for them asking my previous passport....so no passport, no prev visa record and no record of deportation....what u think? :D

Plz Read what I just wrote above..
they dont need your old passport number or details from you..

as long as you have the same name, parents, and DOB..
another record will pull up with a 100% match..

So, you have no intention of ever becoming a PR or Citizen of Canada then?

They WILL find out when they do the check for a PR application.
It's a lot more thorough than for a study visa.

Not impossible at all. In fact it would be very easy to obtain a police certificate from Ireland in this case.

You go to the CIC web site and you follow the instructions there for obtaining a police certificate from Ireland. There's no hiding what happened in Ireland. But the police certificate is extremely easy to obtain.

What ARE you talking about? It doesn't have to say anything of the sort. It has to list his convictions as well.
A Police Clearance Certificate does NOT have to be empty for CIC to approve a visa.

Hi Sharjeel, what answer would you suggest to question 2b and 3 in section “Background Information” of Canada work permit application, considering my specific scenario. The questions are,
2b: Have you ever been refused admission or been ordered to leave Canada or any other country?
3: Have you ever committed, been arrested for or been charged with any criminal offence in any country?

I was arrested by UK police for over staying after my appeal, to reconsider entrepreneur application, was refused by court. But at the time of arrest my application for “Further leave to remain on other grounds” was still in Home Office but they detained me and served with removal directions. Later they stopped removal directions till the decision on FLRO application, which they refused and again served with removal directions on chartered plane. I requested Home Office for Voluntary departure and asked about its future affects and UK information sharing with other countries. There reply was this,

Re: Request to purchase own ticket
Thank you for your request to voluntarily depart the United Kingdom. Please be aware that all voluntary departures are normally subject to a one year re-entry ban after which time it will be open to you to submit an application for entry clearance to the United Kingdom, which will be considered in accordance with the Immigration Rules. Currently there is no known inter governmental exchange of information regarding standard immigration offences. Upon consideration of your case, it has been provisionally agreed to accept your request provided the requirements in this letter are met. Failure to do so will result in your enforced removal as planned.

I bought my ticket and informed Home Office about it. I left UK on 08 Aug 2016 and there reply was this,

Re: Acknowledgement of arrangement to voluntarily depart
Thank you for purchasing your own ticket to voluntarily depart the United Kingdom. The Home Office is aware that you are scheduled to travel on date ######## at time #### HRs from London Heathrow TN3 to Lahore, Pakistan.. Arrangements are now in place to facilitate your departure. You are reminded that the Home Office can not guarantee you will be able to depart as intended. Discretion ultimately lies with the airline, which may refuse you entry onto the flight. You must accept liability for any costs incurred in this event. Detention will be maintained until your removal when you will be escorted up until you board the aeroplane. If the airline does not permit you on to the flight you will be returned to detention.
