IMM1295 Application form won't download?

PLEASE HELP
I am in the process of applying for a Working Holiday Visa to Canada and have completed all of stage two, uploaded all documents except application form for a work permit ( IMM1295) .
Every time I try and upload this form it comes back that it is incomplete.
I really need some help here.
If anyone knows anything about these forms please let me know! It would be greatly appreciated!!

Im currently applying for 2013 visa and need to upload this form, having so much trouble tryin to download it
It keeps on saying that i dnt have the most current adobe reader, but ive dwnled the most recent adobe twice now and it still says the same thing
So if you could email this years IMM1295 form to me at thomasmansbridge1990@gmail.com I would be forever grateful!

Sent you the requested file. PLease make sure you try to open the file on a personal computertommansbridge said:

In case you try and open the file on a unsupported device you get a white page with following message:
So make sure its a computer or laptop, or try another computer ( public library, friend, etc ).

Here are the solutions to your problems
1. To open the form IMM1295, first download it, then when it has downloaded don't open it like you usually would, RIGHT CLICK IT and select 'open with', then select 'adobe reader v11'
2. MYCIC will not let you upload the form if you leave any blank spaces, so for the info you do not have just put a 0 or NA and it will let you upload it

Hi guys, I appear to be having a similar issue.
I am through to the second stage of the IEC Working Holiday Visa, but am having difficulties in uploading my final form the IMM1295 Working Visa.
It asks for 10 years working history, and in order to fulfil this requirement I had to add additional pages to the form as there was not enough space provided to list all jobs. However due to the entire process being online based, in order to get all pages into one document I had to validate and print the initial form, then fill out and print the extra working history details and add to the rest (which it stated to do on the CIC guide), at which point I then scanned them back in signed and dated as a PDF to upload onto MyCIC.
When I now try to upload this file, it comes back stating 'Your answer is incomplete, please complete the following information', then below that 'Unable to validate at this time, please try later', there is nothing highlighted that I have not completed, therefore I am not sure if there is a fundamental error in my approach to trying to scan this document in and then submitting it. As I have now tried to upload the validated document without the additional pages, and it uploaded without a problem, which clearly suggests I have done something wrong with the extended document. But the problem now is that the IMM1295 form I have submitted does not have a full 10 years working history!?
I am not sure where to go from here, as I have been trying for a number of days and am still none the wiser. So if there is anyone that can help shed some light on this topic, would be very much appreciated, thanks very much!

same problem I am on the application page but the IMM1295wont open-downlaod despite the latest adobe being installed.
