NOC question- Help

Hi guys

As like the title I have question regarding the NOC number.
I finish my 3 year college in Seneca College and I was taking Fire Protection Engineering program and now I am currently working in a fire protection engineering firm as an Engineering Consultant.
I would like to know which NOC skill level and classification I should put down in my CEC application. To apply my PR.
So my question is:

•The only thing I can find in NOC web site that seem relate to my job is under Skill level 2141 "Fire prevention engineer" but I am not sure if I can put down this as my NOC number. Because I do not have University Education only college.
•In National Occupational Classification Matric 2011 under Skill Level A it indicates " Occupations USUALLY require university education" does this mean university education is not mandatory.

Can anyone tell me how many point for my IELTS test must be and same goes with Skill level B

Yes, you can use this if your main duties match this category.

WELL THE NOC NAME DOESN'T MATTER MUCH BUT MOST IMPORTANT THING IS IF THE MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES MATCHES WITH WHAT YOU ARE DOING IN YOUR CURRENT JOB AND THEN ITS PERFECTLY FINE. COMMONLY SAYS IF THERE ARE FIVE DUTIES SHOWN IN NOC LISTED JOB AT LEAST YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM EXACTLY 4 OF THEM!!! AND WHEN YOU WILL GO TO WEBSITE THEN ALSO CHECK FOR RELATED LIST OF JOBS

You need min 6 in each band to qualify for EE. However try to achieve LRWS 8777 in order to get max points.

did 2141 work for you as Fire protection Engineer?
