I am currently living in UK, but my visa is finishing in jan, myself and my husband are moving to India for good in Jan 2012. Can we still apply from Paris visa office or is it good to apply from Hongkong. How is it different. ??? AS SAID BY FRESCO, BETTER APPLY FROM HONK KONG, BECAUSE I SEEN , TO APPLY TOURIST VISA FROM ENGLAND AND TO INDIA FOR PARIS IS VERY DIFFICULT. SO BEST PRACTICE IS TO APPLY FROM INDIA
THANKS
thanks
I suppose your visa office will be Paris:Katayoon said:I suppose London, as I live in Scotland.

I have a Quick question. If one does not have Delf A1 or any level certifications done will their file be still considered? I mean will be called for the interview?
I joined a Institute by name inlingua International language center, where they stress on spoken French. After every course there is a Exam which includes reading, writing, listening and speaking after which once u clear the exam will be eligible for a certificate.
My question is will the immigration authorities consider this as a vaild certificate, and grant me points on it or still they require Delf?
No until u give specific exams set by Quebec immigration authorties like delf ,tefac etc etc.
I have claimed 4 poins for french.
Merci

i'm not aware about the term notorized document
but searched via google
Notarized Document: Document carrying authenticated signature(s) of the person(s) authorized or required to sign it, and the signature of a notary public witnessing the signature(s), accompanied by an impression of his or her official notary seal. A notarized document is not necessarily a certified document.

I am planning to apply for Quebec migration and I am doing it on my own , hope this forum would point me in right direction.
I have one clarification , should I attach the documents for regulated profession when I apply for CSQ , I read the website, but is really confused , does my job profile come under the regulated profession in Quebec ?
Here is my profile ,
- I am a 5+ years experienced software developer ( java programmer ) from India.
- Engineering graduate ( Bachelors in Computer Engineering )
- The degree is 4 years full time course in the university.
