Just got a message that the decision document has been dispatched from IRCC to VFS for Spousal PR of a Citizen.
Passport reached IRCC on May 27th, 2025
Dispatch message: Jun 25th, 2025

same here one of my friend who submitted got his update on 24th submitted on 23rd might be taking around 30 days now
