Yes, you can track and interact with your Permanent Residence (PR) application even if it was submitted by a representative, but there are some limitations depending on how your representative is set up in the application.

Tracking Your PR Application Status
You have two main ways to track your PR application personally

Client Application Status (CAS) Tool
b.
IRCC PR Tracker (for non-Express Entry only)
- Visit: https://prt-srp.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login
- You need to sign up with:
- Your UCI number
- Your application number (usually starts with Rxxxxxxxxx)
- Information like your date of birth and passport number
- This tracker provides more detailed updates (biometrics, medicals, eligibility, security, etc.)
If you don’t have your application number because your representative is not sharing it, you may have to ask them for it to access the tracker.

Submitting Documents or Updates to IRCC
If your representative is currently authorized and listed on your application, then
- Only the representative is expected to communicate with IRCC on your behalf.
- If you submit something directly (e.g., through a webform), IRCC might ignore it or forward it to your rep.

1: Work through your representative. Ask them to submit on your behalf.
