Unable to upload study permit IMM1294

I have tried everything, including different browsers, different computers. I have messaged IRCC via the web form under technical difficulties and am still getting the error The form could not be submitted because errors were found. We spoke with the school and everything on the form is correct and validated. Anyone else have this issue can can recommendations? Unfortunately there is no one to speak to, they refer you to their online contact forms. We are in a rush to get this done before August. Is there an option to mail in the application?

Try to validate first.
After validating, save it to a different location than your template, try not to overwrite it and maintain it original name.
It should work like that.

Thank you, but that doesn’t work. It’s validated and saved as a separate pdf.
