Mine was delivered on 8th and went in their system on 16th. I called at 9 am in the morning today and it was still in process. Did they tell you when it went in their system?

No.I didn't ask about those dates. When they told me it was sent I was so happy and didn't ask about the dates

Can someone help me with the adress where we send the RTD application??? My friend sent one on 31st march and call center agent keep saying the application is not yet in the system and they keep asking to send a new one … and it is super urgent to travel

It’s the Certificate of Identity Section in Ottawa, K1A 1L1 if sent through courier. I sent my application by courier (UPS) on April 8th and they had it in their system by April 16th. Did they sent it through mail or courier? I’ve heard that when sent by mail I.e to their mailing box, it takes a lot time to reach them while if you courier it, it gets handed to them directly.
