This is what actually makes sense to me. First thing should be to check if they are eligible before any other stages. If not, they don’t have to wait 20 months.Interesting we’ll need to see if this is a trend.

applied for refugee got rejected then applied for H&C in Aug 2023 till now waiting just saying when call IRCC its saying background processing automated answer.
i didn't applied PRRA yet and CBSA also not given me to apply for PRRA.
Applied recently for my work permit renewal by my self no lawyer and they refused by saying below paragraph.
i called my lawyer today lawyer said not to worry wait for H&C.
guys i am going to CBSA for reporting every month but they don't mention anything last month about removal.
what should i do wait or i should apply again work permit.
if someone face same problem so guide me appreciated
